Bernard Padilla, Associate Broker

As a real estate professional and an Associate Broker of Desivon Realty, my goal is to provide excellent customer service to each of my clients. I am dedicated to working hard to find or sell their property at the best possible price with the best terms available. I chose to join the Desivon Realty team because of their commitment to offering high quality personal attention to each and every client while delivering results that delight our customers.

I take my responsibilities as a realtor very seriously and continually strive to obtain the highest levels of knowledge and certifications to best assist my clients. I am a Certified Default Resolution Specialist (CDRS) and have become a member of a powerful national network of licensed real estate professionals equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to better educate homeowners about their options and be a resource in helping them avoid the devastation of foreclosure.

I am a native of New Mexico, born in Albuquerque and raised in the East Mountain community of Tijeras. I have 30 years of experience in various aspects of the home building industry in Albuquerque and the surrounding areas. At the age of 23, I started my own contracting business which I operated for 20 years specializing in carpentry and remodel work. Additionally, I have 8 years of experience in outside sales supplying residential builders with products and customer service on behalf of two local construction material supply companies. As a result, I have in-depth knowledge of many of the builders, communities and homes in the greater Albuquerque area.

On a personal note, I am the proud father of five children whom, so far, have blessed me with six grandchildren. My oldest son and daughter are firefighters for Bernalillo County and I have another son who works in law enforcement as a Corrections Officer. My youngest two sons are school-aged and attend Route 66 elementary and Edgewood Middle School. I am an avid sports fan and enjoyed playing sports for many years. I still enjoy watching sports and volunteering as an elementary school basketball coach.
